Distilled water, rosemary, lavender and Latha essential oil formula 
  1. Pour the shower gel onto your loofah or wash cloth. Lather the shower gel and gently rub onto your skin whilst in the bath or shower. With every rub, practice self-motivating affirmations until satisfied. Start with the sentence, I AM…
